Firefox tweak uncovered - Reduce memory usage on minimize

Here's a tip (gHacks , via Connected Internet ) that is supposed to reduce the memory usage of Firefox when it is minimized to the Task Bar:

Fire up Firefox
In the address bar type:about:configHit Enter
Right-click and select New > Boolean
Type:config.trim_on_minimizeHit Enter
Select True from the next dialog box
Close and restart Firefox

Microsoft now recommends weekly defrag

After years of claiming that a monthly defrag was good enough, Microsoft now changes their mind and recommends a weekly defrag .

To maintain peak performance when using Windows 2000, the condition of your disks should be analyzed on a regular basis—preferably once a week for moderate-to-heavy use; less frequently for intermittent use—and defragmentation performed as needed.
